3.1 The TechTuck “Active-Ready” Standard

At TechTuck.store, we build gear for the field. We understand that your hardware is your livelihood. Our return policy is designed to be fair but rigorous, ensuring that every product in our inventory maintains its Structural Integrity and has not been compromised by improper use.

3.2 The 14-Day “Structural Audit” Window

If you are not satisfied with the ergonomic fit or the organizational layout of your TechTuck gear, you may initiate a return under the following conditions:

  1. The “Mint-Condition” Requirement: The item must show zero signs of “Field Use.” This includes scuffs on the base, fraying of the straps, or scent contamination from workspaces.
  2. Tag Integrity: All internal “Model-ID” tags and “Quality-Check” stickers must remain attached.
  3. Original Packaging: Returns must be sent back in the original “Eco-Armor” box to prevent transit damage to the structural reinforcements of the bag.

3.3 The 24-Month “Field-Grade” Warranty

We provide a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all structural components:

  • Covered: Zippers (teeth alignment/slider failure), Buckles, Reinforced Stitching, and “Shock-Node” corner inserts.
  • Not Covered: Standard “Aesthetic Attrition” (fading of color over time), fabric punctures caused by sharp tools, or damage resulting from chemical spills.

3.4 The “Hardware-Defense” Verification

If you are claiming a warranty for a structural failure that led to hardware damage:

  • The Audit: The bag must be returned to our “Stress-Test Lab” for an engineering audit. We will determine if the failure was a manufacturing defect or an “Over-Torque” event (e.g., using the bag for purposes outside its design scope).

3.5 Refund Velocity

  • Approved Returns: 5-7 Business Days following a successful “Integrity Audit” at our distribution center.
  • Defective Replacements: Dispatched via “Priority-Air” within 24 hours of claim approval to minimize your downtime.
