2.2 Performance & Load-Bearing Disclaimers
- Operational Weight Limits: Every TechTuck backpack and sleeve has a rated “Dynamic Load Limit.” Exceeding these limits (e.g., carrying 50kg in a laptop-rated bag) is a violation of the “Usage Protocol” and voids all structural warranties.
- Water-Resistance vs. Waterproofing: Our “Aqua-Guard” zippers and “Ballistic-Nylon” shells are rated for IPX-4 Water Resistance (protection against splashes and rain). They are not “Submersible.” TechTuck is not liable for hardware damage resulting from total submersion or exposure to extreme pressure washing.
- The “Precision-Fit” Clause: While our sleeves are designed for specific laptop models, third-party “hard-shell” cases on your laptop may alter the fit. The user is responsible for measuring their device with all external modifications before purchase.
